8.BLOCK ACCESS TO MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNT WITH POWERSHELL

 Powershell Command အသုံးပြီး Multiple Microsoft 365 User Account တွေကို ဘယ်လို Block လုပ်ရမလဲ? Block လုပ်ထားတဲ့ User Account တွေကို ဘယ်လိုမျိုး Block ပြန်ဖြေရမလဲ? ဆိုတာကို Youtube Channel တွင် လေ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

 ဘာကြောင့် MICROSOFT 365 ACCOUNT တွေကို BLOCK လုပ်သင့်လဲ​? ဘယ်လိုအခြေအနေမျိုးမှာလုပ်ရမှာလဲ?

1. M365 Administrator တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ကိုယ့် Organization ကိုရောက်လာမယ့် User တွေအတွက် Account တွေ ကြိုတင် Create လုပ်ထားပြီး၊ Account Owner မရောက်လာခင် တခြားမဆိုင်တဲ့ သူတွေ Access လုပ်လို့မရအောင် Temporary Block လုပ်ထား သင့်ပါတယ်။

2. တချို့ Organization တွေမှာတော့ အလုပ်ထွက်သွားတဲ့ ဝန်းထမ်းတွေရဲ့ Account တွေကို ဖျက်ပစ်လေ့ရှိကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် တခါတလေမှာ အခြားတစ်ယောက်ကို Handover လုပ်ဖို့ရှိတယ်ဆိုရင်၊ Handover မလုပ်ခင် M365 Services တွေကို Access လုပ်လို့ မရအောင် Block လုပ်ထားသင့်ပါတယ်။
